LCHF pizza

I’ve made this a couple of times already and I know that it’s yummy. Try it out! =)

Pizza bottom:

4 eggs mixed with 120g of soft cheese. Add almost 2dl of cream (save some for the tomato sause) and 5,4 dl of grated cheese. Mix really well. Add some pizza spice. Cover an oven tray with oven paper and pour the mixture onto it. Bake in 175 degrees C for approx. 25 minutes.

Tomato sause:

Boil 1 can of tomato pure (without the can, duh!), the rest of the cream and a little bit of water. Season. Allow it to cool down for a while. Today I also added a few cut up tomatoes.

Topping:

Choose whatever you wish to have on your pizza. Today I devided it in half and put feta cheese and mushrooms on one half and shrimps and leek on the other.

Bake until the cheese has melted. Serve with some sallad or just as it is. One large oven tray makes for about 9 pieces of pizza.
